My P50M DAP/PDAF: Where did it go?

Last week, it was reported in the Inquirer that I received P50M from DAP, based on records of DBM. While I will not refute this, as far as my office is concerned, this P50M was part of my PDAF (as clearly shown in the referral letter below).

Just to clarify, this P50M is not in the form of cash, but rather fund allocations for projects identified by legislators. For purposes of transparency, I have also attached the list of projects (as well as their status) identified for the said P50M allegedly from DAP/PDAF. You may access the LIST OF PROJECTS HERE.
